Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at SamsBeauty Warehouse, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer receives outstanding services. Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• Assist customers in finding products, answering inquires, and providing recommendations based on their needs
• Handle customer orders, process transactions, and ensure accurate billing
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner
• Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and product features to provide accurate information to customers
• Support promotional activities and in-store events to enhance the customer experience
• Contribute to the overall store appearance and maintaining a clean and organized environment

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience of customer service is preferred
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey product information effectively
• Basic understanding of beauty and cosmetic products is a plus
• Ability to address customer concerns and find satisfactory resolutions
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other team members
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
