Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Manage customer complaints in calm manner
- Maintain and monitor store inventory
- Process sales as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service

- 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or cosmetic environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible shirts and days of the week, including holidays
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended period of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
