- Coordinate and communicate with HQ on what to purchase for store inventory
- Hire, train, schedule and discipline retail staff
- Maintain a clean, organized and well displayed store
- Manage all inventory; assist in ordering, receiving, checking in, pricing, tagging and displaying products
- Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the store manager
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to find new products in trend
- Stocks and straightens merchandise for sale in the warehouse
- Work with salespeople on inventory and orders

- 3 years of experience of retail sales / customer service preferred
- 1 year of experience of managerial experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more and stand for 8 hours or more
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrate the highest level of leadership and ethical standards
- Self-starter with "Can Do" mentality
- High school diploma or equivalent
