Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet customers as they enter the store and help them find their needs
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers
- Upsell when appropriate; promote current sales and promotions
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Handle customer complains in calm and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and tidy work and retail space
- Work as a team to achieve sales goals

Qualifications & Skills

- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including holidays
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended period of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
