Duties & Responsibilities

- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
- Coordinating retail store operations
- Ensuring store schedules and objectives are met by employees
- Maintain and Monitor store inventory
- Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
- Provide the best customer service
- Process sales as necessary

Qualifications & Skills

- 2+ years of experience on retail sales and outstanding customer service
- 1+ year of managerial experience preferred
- Expert ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Multilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
