Duties & Responsibilities

- Effectively oversee all store operation
- Hire, train, develop, and lead staff to ensure that employees are providing superior customer service
- Maintain and monitor store inventory
- Ensure excellent store appearance while maintaining high standards of merchandising and coordinating special promotional activities as assigned
- Develop the strategies necessary to achieve sales results through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and accountability
- Provide the best customer service
- Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality
- Maintain product levels appropriately
- Process sales as necessary
- Generate and review daily sales report

Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of retail sales / customer service experience
- 3+ years of managerial experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrate the highest level of leadership and ethical standards
- Self-starter with “Can Do” mentality
- High school diploma or equivalent
